Kirstin isn’t native to Florida (she hails from Pennsylvania), but she came across me when she was researching senior photographers in beautiful Orlando! Her dream was to do photos at Disneyworld, but due to COVID and the mask mandate, senior photos would have been a bit of a challenge in that location. Although it wasn’t what she had first imagined, Kirstin had such a great attitude and implemented her outgoing personality to make it a total success! Our local college is restricting visitors on their campus, but they were so gracious to make an exception for this session. We were thrilled, since the Azaleas were in full bloom, and made for the perfect backdrop.
This vibrant, smart young lady is graduating from Red Lion Area Senior High School, and is a varsity tennis player. She works part-time in retail at a department store, and enjoys tennis and swimming in her spare time, adding, “I also love to travel. Getting to experience other cultures and try new cuisine is what I love to do most!” As we already mentioned, her original idea was Disneyworld, because she LOVES Disney, and hopes to one day work there in marketing. “I plan to major in marketing, because I love the idea of putting out products that others will be interested in. I’d like to one day move to Florida, since it’s my favorite state, and work for Disney”, she explained.
She has a heart for helping others, and shared that her mom has instilled those values in her. “My mom is my biggest role model, and she’s so good at her job,” she adds, “My friends would probably describe me as funny, caring, and kind. In my time in high school, I learned not to really worry about what people think of me, and my biggest passion is just to help people!” Kirstin wanted a session that captured her joy, and her doing the things that she loves. She wanted “stress free and easy”, and I would call this a total success!
