Izzy | Lake Mary High School Class of 2021

Your friends are one of the most valuable things that you gain in high school, and they become a treasure as you get older. Although some friendships may drift apart when you head off to college or set out on your life, others will stay and become the people who you enjoy doing everyday things with for many years! Izzy (short for Isabella) shared that she has learned this over the last four years, adding, “In high school (Lake Mary High School), I really learned that I need just a small group of close friends, rather than trying to please everyone. Some of my favorite memories were going to football games with close friends, and hanging out afterwards!” I bet she has made friends for life, with her vivacious and fun personality, and her heart for helping others.

Izzy is a very gifted cheerleader, who loved being part of varsity cheer, and All Star Cheer at Legendary. She also earned a spot in both the National and Spanish Honor Societies, and held a part time job in data collection in her spare time. Among her other multitudes of talents, she loves crafting new projects, shopping with friends, and taking photographs. She hopes to major in fashion and business at wherever she ends up going to college (she has her sights set on University of Alabama, and the Universe of Florida). Her love of fashion came through in her images, because of her amazing taste in clothes. “I am loving the pants and jacket trends right now”, she adds, “I love my vintage blazer, and I love to take different styles and put them together in cute and fun ways. I can easily go from street style to preppy or simple, trendy clothes.” She enjoys following celebrities like Emma Chamberlain and Natalie Zacek for their style, and spends lots of time on Pinterest, planning outfits and researching new trends.

Sky diving, traveling the world, and starting a family are some of her long-time goals after graduation, and she looks up to her parents for setting such a good example for her. I know she has nothing but success in her future! Congratulations, Izzy!
