Posting on social media is one of the main uses of senior photos in this digital age, but there are so many other ways to use your images after your session! Not only can you order heirloom products and prints and display them in a home or office or dorm, you can also use them as headshots, modeling images, even add them to a resume when appropriate. They can be used in your graduation announcements, or to decorate your commencement party. You can create products to give as gifts to grandparents or aunts and uncles, or gift them to your besties. I encourage my clients to get their images in multiple formats so they can truly maximize their senior session. Payton’s family loved her shoot, and now are the proud owners of a gorgeous album and a canvas displayed on their walls. She is such an adorable young lady, and I was so honored to do hers and her sister’s senior portraits. Payton is graduating from Boone High School, and is involved in AWYS, National Honor Society, the animal awareness club, and a baking club. Academics are very important to her, and she enjoys science, English, and photography as some of her favorite subjects.
“My favorite ways to spend my free time would be going to the beach, hanging out with my friends, and working out,” she explained, “My favorite memory from high school was sophomore spring break. My two best friends and I rented a condo, and lots of other people from our school were there also! It was the most fun I’ve ever had.” Payton says playing soccer is her biggest passion in life, and that being on the soccer field is the place she feels the most at home. I really admire her spirit and strength, and loved that her mom is her biggest hero: “she is like a super mom and always has the right thing to say!” Fashion is something else that this gorgeous senior excels at, and she especially loves 90’s style like combat boots, and yellow and black plaid. After high school, this grad is excited to start a new chapter of her life, and have new experiences, adding, “I love all my friends, but am excited to start over in a sense.”
Congratulations, sweet girl, on your accomplishments! If you or someone you know is searching for a senior photographer, please reach out to me. I’d be more than happy to show you some of our favorite locations and posing examples!
