The few months before summer break are always filled with anticipation, but especially for seniors in high school. There are parties to attend, invitations to mail, senior projects to finish, and college to visit. The time can feel both slow and incredibly fast all at once, and it’s important to savor every second. One of the biggest parts of senior year is your senior photoshoot, where you get to celebrate the hard work and diligence that has gotten you to this milestone! It’s why I tell every parent not to skip out on senior photos, and why I encourage every senior to make time for them. For seniors like Anderson, there are many, many reasons to celebrate.
She is graduating from Winter Park High School in the summer, and was one of my spokesmodels. I have enjoyed getting to know her, and she blows me away with her hard-working spirit and beautiful smile. She’s a gifted scholar, who has earned AP honors, as well as a talented athlete. She has been part of the varsity crew team, and earned a scholarship for rowing from a Division 1 University: University of Miami! Talk about an achievement…Go Canes! One of her big achievements in high school was also winning bronze medals in Sculling States. Obviously, she loves the water and feels right at home on it, so her hobbies include water skiing, jet skiing, and lake life. Anderson is also the proud big sister of two brothers.
Her gorgeous session includes nods to her athletic side and some awesome locations with an editorial feel. I loved all the outfits that she chose, which were casual and sporty, yet polished. I believe every senior should choose a variety of looks, so that your images can work for different needs: grad invites, to hang on your parents’ wall, and to create albums, etc. I am happy to talk to you about the different prints and products you may want to create!
Congratulations, Anderson!
