Sarah | Lake Mary High School Senior

My first thought when I met Sarah, was that she looked a little like actress Beverly Mitchell; the same big, gorgeous smile and sparkling personality! Sarah heard about our senior photography because several of her friends were spokesmodels, and that made me thrilled. The reason I have spokesmodels is to help spread the word about what makes our senior portraits so special, and share it with their friends. I feel so lucky that our spokesmodels always do just that, and refer some of the most amazing high schoolers back to us! Sarah is a Lake Mary student,  and she’s maximized her time at the school with tons of amazing accomplishments. Art appreciation, Spanish Honor Society, and the National Honor Society are just a few of the things that have piqued her interest during her years there, and she loves being part of the film club. This bright young lady is also excelling in her English classes, and outside of school, she’s a total force when it comes to Taekwando. Her hobbies include listening to music, reading, painting, and working part time at a local pizzeria. In addition, she loves being around animals and children, and does quite a lot of pet and babysitting when she has a spare moment.  Like many seniors, she loves to head to the beach, but her time is pretty limited, given her busy schedule and many amazing achievements. “The most important thing I’ve learned in high school has been to stay true to myself,” she explained, “I’ve loved things like the football games and prom, and I’ve gained the ability to not stress over too much!”

Sarah is really stylish and enjoys some of the latest trends like high-waisted shorts and Birkenstocks, but she also has a very classic look. She was really passionate that her session reflect who she was as a person, and that it also be fun and even silly, because she loves to laugh! One of the things she also shared with me was how much it means to her to help others. I could tell she has such a kind and giving spirit, and how much her friends and family mean to her. “I chose to work with you because my close friends had their portraits done, and I loved how their photos turned out,” she added, “I enjoyed the professionalism and style I saw in the photos, and all of them were natural looking and not overly posed. You can also tell everyone is having a good time!” College is next up on her list of things to do, and I know they will be extremely lucky to have her hard-working attitude and amazing heart.
