“There is nothing more beautiful than finding your course as you believe you bob in the current. Wouldn’t you know that your path was there all along, waiting for you to knock, waiting for you to become. This path does not belong to your parents, your teachers, or your leaders. Your path is your character defining itself more and more everyday like a photograph coming into focus.” -J. Foster
When you begin looking for a senior photographer, you want one that meshes with your personality, and also one who is going to give you the editing style and locations that you are hoping for. Nothing is more disappointing than coming up with the style and ideas you are looking for, and receiving photos that look completely different…that’s why I show so many examples, sessions, and portfolio photos on my website! It gives you a full, clear perspective on what you’re going to receive when you book with me: crisp, beautiful images that capture the real you.
Jianna began her search for a senior photographer and found me via Instagram. She loved the natural poses and the editing style, and we hit it off right away. She’s graduating from Olathe High School, and is thrilled for the next chapter of her life; although she’s been ultra busy in the last few years! She’s been leading the Black Student Union, is part of the National Honor Society, and working-time at a local car-wash and restaurant. When she’s not working on homework and her part time jobs, she enjoys working out, painting, and journaling, and describes herself as “introverted and creative”. I’d add hardworking and kind to that list of traits! She values her close circle of friends, and one of her favorite memories was cheering for the Kansas State Tournament in Wichita with her besties.
After graduation, her next steps include attending the University of Central Florida. She plans to attend their stellar nursing program, and loves the idea of being in proximity to her wonderful family. Congratulations, Jianna!
