Lia had an Old Hollywood type vibe, and I was so honored to get to work with her! Her navy slip dress was so elegant, and gave me some hints of Audrey Hepburn. She’s not just lovely on the outside, however, she’s mature, polished, and smart as well. She is part of the Class of 2021 from Lake Mary High School, and she’s cruising through TONS of amazing things there: She’s president of the French Honor Society, and she’s part of the National Honor Society and the Art Appreciation club. Her bright and active brain loves her science classes, and she hopes to major in biology in the future.
Besides all of her amazing work at school, she also loves to come up with new treats to bake, travel with friends and family, and driving around on road trips. Her friends describe her as someone who is, “intelligent, bubbly, and determined”, and she would add “free-spirited” to that list. Her favorite memory of her high school years was playing powderpuff, adding, “I got to play with a bunch of my friends, and it was just a really great time! We practiced for two weeks, and then had a game on a Friday night, and it was honestly one of the most fun times ever!” Lia has awesome musical taste, and educated me on some of the newest pop stars; she loves singers like Calvin Harris and SZA, and “anything current”.
This bubbly and kind student is just a joy to be around. She will be attending Penn State University, and be part of the Schreyer Honors College there. In addition, she grew up in beautiful Pennsylvania, and her parents also attending PSU, so it’s been her dream to continue the legacy. I’m thrilled for her to step into her very amazing future!
