With a new year, there are so many new possibilities. It is a little bit like ‘senior year’ for the rest of us; a precipice of excitement, nervousness, and anticipation of the future. I draw so much energy from these amazing seniors and their anticipation of the year ahead. Tory has much to look forward to, and should be so proud of the many things she has accomplished so far; she has been part of the National Honor Society, the NEHS, the MAO, the French club, and the Latin club. That’s just a sprinkle of the things she’s lent her talents to at Lake Brantley High, and she excels in all things math-related. Outside of school, she enjoys working part time (has worked at a pizza restaurant and Chick-fil-a), and she is committed to being a leader in the local youth ministry. The school band also benefits from her talents, as well. Tory often rounds out her busy weeks by spending time with her friends, and listening to her favorite music.
This beautiful girl has a breezy, beachy personal style, and enjoys shopping at American Eagle and Billabong, so that was the aesthetic I wanted to maintain for her session. We chose a few locations where she would be able to showcase her lighthearted personality, and she was really looking forward to being able to select multiple outfits, and explore the locations we ended up at. When I asked her what her greatest strengths were, she said it is her organization and her positive spirit. I think her friends and family are the beneficiaries of both of these talents, and they are surely lucky to have her in their lives. After graduation, she is not sure where she will end up for college, but she plans to pursue engineering, and later, dentistry.
Tory, you were a delight to work with, and a joy to know. I will be eagerly following your future plans, and cheering you on all the way.
