“A true friend freely, advises justly, assists readily, adventures boldly, takes all patiently, defends courageously,
and continues a friend unchangeably.” William Penn
Our friends play a truly irreplaceable role in our lives. Especially in high school, they are the ones who keep us going through difficult midterms, graduation stress, and the changes that happen in high school. They’re the ones in our cheering section at football games, and the ones we share our lunch hour with. Brooke is a current junior at Lake Highland Preparatory School, and she is someone who greatly values the friends she has. Her circles of friends have been the highlight of her high school years thus far, and many of them would say her best character quality is the way she puts others above herself. Brooke is a charming young woman, and she lives out her personal values in the way she spends her time. She is part of the Best Buddies club, as well as advocating for children with childhood cancer. Besides being active in her philanthropic and extracurricular activities, she also has held down part-time work as an office assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys doing yoga and pilates, and is very active (working out).
Fashion is something that comes very naturally to this girl; Brooke has amazing and stylish taste, and I could hardly narrow down her outfits, because she had so many choices! Lululemon and Urban Outfitters are two of her favorite shops, and she has the most amazing blue romper that she was eager to describe it to me. We weren’t able to include it in this set of images, but I loved her rust colored, ruffled jumpsuit that went perfectly with those iconic angel wings as a backdrop! “I really envisioned having cute and trendy pictures that I could post,” explained Brooke, “I brought cute and classy outfits, and I chose Linda because all the photos were beautiful.” I love the way these shots came out, and the way they capture her authentic smile! Congratulations, Brooke!
