I think if you were fortunate enough to meet Hanna, you’d be as impressed as I was. She’s the type of person you gravitate to, because of their positive attitude and outlook, as well as their kindness. It’s not hard to see why…Hanna attends Lake Mary Prep, where she excels in academics, and is involved in so many activities, it made my head spin! She is involved in the Key club, student government, World Language honor society, the breast cancer awareness club, and the National Honor Society. Band, Varsity Tennis (and a part time job at Publix) round out her very full schedule, and she is often at school until 7 or 8pm at night. When I asked her about what her favorite event has been from high school, she said it was definitely Prom last year, where she made amazing memories with her friends. She also added that she enjoys going to new eateries or theme parks, and of course, lazing around by the pool with her cat is one of her favorite ways to spend any free time she can mince out!
Hanna, who moved to Florida when she was in 8th grade, loves the Winter Park area, especially Rollins College. She was hoping to utilize some of her favorite spots during her session, and I loved designing and planning out how to do so. Something you may not know about this sweet girl, is that her beloved mom passed away a few months ago. She wanted to incorporate some special pieces of jewelry that her mom gave her, and that meant so much to me. It is a subtle addition, but one that really includes the person her mom was in this special season of her life… I know she was an extraordinary woman, and one that will be missed and loved for the rest of Hanna’s life. I enjoyed hearing about memories Hanna shared with her mom and sister, such as their girls trip to Cancun.
This LMP senior had really put in research about what she wanted in a senior photographer, and chose me because “the convenience of hair and makeup being done was what I loved. I also liked how all the pictures were taken outside, and that I could choose the locations so that I wouldn’t have the same outdoor scene as everyone else…all the pictures on the website and social media pages were stunning.” Thank you Hanna, for allowing me the privilege of being your photographer. It was a true honor, and I wish you all the best as you head to college.
