You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. You can’t get there by bus, only by hard work and risk and by not quite knowing what you’re doing, but what you’ll discover will be wonderful.

Being a senior photographer means I interact often with the young people who will go on to be the future of our nation. I see their smiles, their spunk, their passions, and their love for life. I feel confident that they will all go on to do amazing things, and feel so lucky to be the one capturing this amazing, irreplaceable season in their lives.
To the graduating Class of 2017: Thank you! Thank you for your strength and bravery. Thanks for overcoming athletic injuries, difficult classes, bullying, illnesses, and personal issues to finish strong. You inspire me every day with the things that you have done, and the things that you’re YET to do. Some of you are off to become doctors, athletes, nurses, scientists, teachers, and more. You all have gifts and passions that no one else has. I know, because I’ve caught just a glimpse in our time together. These images leave me confident in your future, and therefore, confident in ours! You are the next generation, and it’s looking pretty bright. I’m so proud of, and thankful for, all of you!
