Jarrod | Lake Mary High School

“Take the attitude of a student, never be too big to ask questions, never know too much to learn something new.” -A. Mandino

When it comes to life, attitude really is everything. Jarrod has an amazing attitude and approach to life, and I know that will take him incredibly far in his aspirations. He is a recent graduate from Lake Mary High School, where he was an honor grad, and part of the National Honor Society. He is also an incredibly talented athlete, who played Varsity volleyball for his school, and club volleyball at Winter Park Volleyball club. Lastly, he loves playing beach volleyball (I think you get the general idea…he really lives and breathes the sport, and we were able to incorporate it into the session). Jarrod was voted homecoming king, and his girlfriend was voted homecoming queen so they got to celebrate that fun memory together. He will be attending the University of Florida this fall. I took his sister’s senior photos a few years ago, and his mom is also a teacher at Lake Mary High School where they both have graduated from.

Jarrod stuck with classic and clean-cut lines for his session, and I loved the black and white pieces he chose. The plaid pants were a super fun accent item and it all came together perfectly. You’ve probably noticed I love a good architectural detail in my sessions, and it’s something that is part of my signature style. We have so many beautiful location options here in Florida, and I’m always on the lookout for places that I can add to my repertoire. If you have an idea of a theme or place you want to do your senior session, please let me know. I’m all about listening to my clients, and helping shape their vision into a shoot that matches the brightness they bring to the world!
