Bailee | Bishop Moore High School

“We may live in an age of instant messaging, instant gratification and Instagram, but there is no way to short circuit the path to success.” -Tory Burch

These days, success takes more than hard work alone…it takes grit, determination and willingness to push through hard things. The juniors and seniors who are coming to me for photos this year are exceptionally strong and brave…they’ve endured challenging high school years (and a pandemic) and learned how to rise above. I’m so proud to be capturing their images this year! Every year, I wonder how the current class will keep me on my toes or stretch me creatively, and they always impress me. Bailee is absolutely stunning (her hair and eyes are captivating!), she is also a deeply-feeling young lady with an incredible work ethic. At her high school, Bishop Moore High School, she is been savoring her senior year and enjoying spending time with friends and family. She has also been spending time volunteering for the Special Olympics, which she cites as her “most meaningful endeavor”. Bailee has loved making connections and forging relationships with the wonderful kids in the program, and has also enjoyed bonding with customers at her part-time job, a burger restaurant. She is bright and friendly, and I know just about everyone she meets falls in love with her! Her hobbies include finding great deals online, spending quality time with friends and driving around town, and scrolling through fun ideas on Pinterest.

“One thing I learned about myself in high school was that I figured out what my values were, as well as my strengths. I found that I enjoy making people happy, especially when they need to be comforted”, she adds, “I really have learned from and look up to my dad. He’s the most hardworking person I know, and he has done so much for his family.” Her friends describe her as outgoing and fun. Because of her love of working with children, she is planning to attend the University of Alabama and major in early childhood education. I was able to do her sister’s senior photos, and Bailee shared, “I knew she had such a good time, and her photos are amazing. I also loved how your photos were natural, and not overly edited with harsh filters.” I know this sweet girl has worked incredibly hard, both personally and academically, to get to where she is today. I am so proud of her, and I know she will go far in life!
