For a girl who is so outgoing and enthusiastic about life, it wasn’t a huge surprise that Kami’s favorite high school memory was the pep rallies! This Lake Mary High School senior is an absolute delight, and it was no small feat to capture her big personality in these images (but I think we did pretty well :). She is extremely extroverted, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, but is also very dedicated to her academics. she is part of the Biology and Medicine club, the National Honor Society, and the SHS. Kami excels in math and science, and she’s an accomplished and critical thinker. When she’s not hard at work studying, she loves staying active with yoga, swimming, and reading, and was a cheerleader during freshman and sophomore year. She doesn’t have much free time due to her on-the-go lifestyle, but she does enjoy going to the beach with her friends, shopping with her older sister, and playing with her beloved puppy! She has also done some nannying after school, and enjoys caring for children.
Kami was one of my junior spokesmodels last year, and I was thrilled to see her return this year for her senior portraits. She is also friends with my son, David. She shared that her sincere hope was to have photos that were candid, more natural, and that showcased who she was. Because academics have played a big role in her life, it’s only natural that she is excited about college as her next step. At the time of her session, she hoped to attend UF or FSU, and also plans to study abroad during her college years. Travel is something she enjoys, and cites cruising through Greece as one of her best memories thus far. Like many of my senior clients, Kami enjoys shopping at Sophie and Trey, a local boutique that stocks the trendiest dresses, tops, and accessories. Her personal style is very polished and she chose pretty hues of green, stylish jeans and boots, and flowing blouses to round out her senior wardrobe. Of course, the best accessory is confidence, and she wore that as well!
