“I think the best role models for women are people who are fruitfully and confidently
themselves, who bring light into the world.” -Meryl Streep
Lizzy, a graduate from Lake Mary Prep, is the kind of young woman who will truly be a role model in this world…in fact, she already is! As a mother myself, I really appreciate seeing driven, beautiful, and kind young women heading out into this world to inspire other young people. Lizzy is active in the key club, student government, National Honor Society, the World Language Honor Society, and the breast cancer awareness club. She loves cross country and track and field, and excels in all of them. More importantly, she enjoys being a camp counselor and volunteer coach for the Special Olympics, where she is proud of her work pouring into amazing and deserving participants (and where I know she is truly a light). On top of this very full schedule, you can often find her running, traveling, or cooking up a new recipe. I’d say that’s a pretty well-rounded graduate! Of course, she still makes time for relaxing with her friends and family, and traveling to Spain and Italy has been a true highlight thus far.
Lizzy’s friend Reena referred her to me when she began her search for a senior photographer, and from the moment we met, I was already dreaming up where we would do her beautiful milestone session. These picturesque gardens are one of the best spots where seniors feel comfortable and where I can always count on the lighting and greenery to make them look their very best! Lizzy is extremely stylish, and loves trends like off-the-shoulder tops, denim jackets, and other similar pieces from PacSun or American Eagle. She loves dressing for the fall season, and was especially excited to plan out her session wardrobe. “I have only had school photographs taken and I don’t like how posed and awkward they usually turn out,” she added, “I didn’t want cheesy poses or unnatural smiles, and all of your photos looked comfortable and happy.” Comfortable and happy are two words I’d use to describe our time together, and I can’t wait to see what this sweet grad does next…She hopes to attend University of Central Florida or University of Florida, visit all fifty states, and see the Northern Lights in Iceland next.
Congratulations, Lizzy! Contact me today to start scheduling your own senior photos!
