Morgan | Lake Highland Preparatory School

Being a senior photographer is not without it’s own set of unique challenges and situations. So much of the photography process is comprised of editing and other not-as-glamorous tasks, and there is quite a lot that my clients don’t see behind the scenes. But I also see the incredible positives that I’m lucky enough to be a part of, way more than any small negative aspects: I get to live my dream of being a photographer! I love making an impact in the life of the seniors I meet, and giving back to my community through investing in the futures of young people. I love dreaming and being creative, and getting to come with something brand new for each and every client, whether it’s fairy lights, sports images, or finding that perfect location. It’s people like Morgan who make this just so worthwhile!

Morgan is a graduate from Lake Highland Prep, who graduated in the Class of 2018. She’s a delightful human being; warm and kind, and tons of fun to get to know. She put forth her leadership skills in the Best Buddies and the Welcoming and Transition Clubs, and really enjoyed her Anatomy class during her time there. Besides her ample academic activities (National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society), she also participated in cheer, and did some baby-sitting on the side. Although free time is pretty scarce for her, she loves to go the New Smyrna Beach, bake tasty treats, go for a run, or be with her friends when she can find a spare moment. “I heard about your photography from my friends”, adds Morgan, “and I love how you’re able to capture everyone’s personality in each photograph. Also, the locations you pick are always gorgeous.” I’m so grateful her friends Olivia (see her session here) and Clare referred her, and every photo came out so beautifully. This amazing young lady will be beginning at Florida State University this September, and I can’t wait to see all that she accomplishes!
