I love spending time with people who have the fire of passion within them. Zachary is one of those people, and it was such a fun time in his session! He’s graduating from Apopka High School, and planning on attending the University of Central Florida to continue his schooling. He’s an active guy, and we wanted to showcase two of his favorite hobbies in his senior photos: archery and karate. I loved the locations we chose for the shoot, they added a lovely atmosphere that helped highlight how handsome Zach is. His smile could light up any room, and he’s got a charm that’s sure to make any gal swoon. It was charming to spend the day exploring the concrete boardwalks and fountained backdrops, and it was as if the whole of Central Florida was ripe with creativity just for the shoot. I loved the colors and lighting of the area, and Zach made it so easy to snap great photos of his genuine character. The best senior pictures are ones that capture the personality of the senior themselves, and I think we did just that in this session!
It’s my passion to make each senior session into one that accurately reflects the personality of the person in the pictures. That’s why I love it when I can capture seniors doing things that they love to, like Zach when he brought along his bow, or having me capture him showing off his martial art skill. Aside from those action shots adding a lot of interest to his senior photos, the most important reason he included these candid moments in his session is because it’s true to his character. They’re expressions of who he is, and that’s exactly what I set out to capture in every senior session! It’s a joy of mine to get to know so many wonderful young people who are accomplishing big things, and doing what they love to, just like Zach is.
Overall, it was a fun and peaceful session, and we all loved the photos that came from it. I wish Zach all of the best things in life, and hope that he continues doing what he loves as he steps forward into his bright future. Congratulations!
