There are many reasons why I love senior photography, and Carleigh is one of them. She truly is one of the sweetest people I’ve met! She hails from Bishop Moore High School, and she’s loved her time in school so far. She’s made so many wonderful memories there, from homecoming week, to the many football games, to sunny summer breaks with friends. It’s going to be hard for her to leave, but she’s excited for her future. She’ll be college-bound in no time! In the meantime though, she’s working as a waitress for the assisted-living facility Village on the Green, and she’s active in Best Buddies club and Leadership club at Bishop Moore.
The shoot was wonderful, and Carleigh made it such a sweet one! The locations were perfect, and we loved the flowers so much; they were the pops of colors that brought everything together. The atmosphere was gorgeous, to suit Carleigh’s own looks, and you can see her wonderfully radiant smile in her portraits. She’s an outgoing and funny girl, and she made me crack up laughing the whole way through! The night photos turned into some of my favorites, and you can see that we had a lot of fun with the fairy lights. Carleigh’s personality created a wonderful vibe not only in the pictures, but throughout the whole shoot, and she was the shining star of the whole day.
Something special about Carleigh is that she loves stories. She loves shows and movies, and she’s said one of her biggest regrets is not continuing to act in theatre after middle school. While she may not be out acting on a stage, she’s still telling one of the best stories ever told every day. As she lives her life, she’s telling a grand story, and even though I only know a bit of it, I can tell it’s a good one. She’s out there brightening everyone’s day with her infectious joy, and it was such a blessing spending the day with Carleigh. I truly wish her all the best as she moves on to the next chapter in her life! With her attitude, she can accomplish anything. Congrats, Carleigh!
