Nicole | Trinity Preparatory School

People say senior year is something special. They say it’s a time in your life that can’t be replaced. They say a lot of things, and it’s because it’s true. As an adult and a mom myself, I can pinpoint specific memories from my own senior year in high school, and I hope my kids have memorable, exciting ones of their own! I think it’s just a time that you can’t take for granted, and maybe that’s why I love senior photography so much. Nicole is just embarking on this fun journey, and will graduate in 2018 from Trinity Prep School. She really loves being part of the National Art Honor Society and the Art Club, and devotes her time to the Bread and Backpacks club, which provides meals for underprivileged children. Nicole says she especially loves science class, and that in her spare time, you can find her riding horses, babysitting, and running. She definitely is a busy gal! As you can see, horses play a large role in her life, particularly her own horse, Levi. The two of them share an amazing bond that was very sweet for me to photograph. Levi has experienced special struggles, as he is missing one eye, but he’s a portrait of courage and love. The two of them are inseparable.

“I’d describe my personality as outgoing and bubbly”, she explains, “I love riding my horse and being with my friends. My favorite memory from high school so far was performing a cheer routine at a pep rally when I was a freshman”. She adds that she chose my photography because, “I love all the work I have seen and wanted to get beautiful senior photos to commemorate my senior year. I also love how the photos almost seem to glow because of the lighting/editing.” As a photographer, it is always my joy to meet and work with  someone like Nicole, who is destined for great things!
